Welcome to App Tracker ("the Service"), operated by Wigtertainment Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the App Tracker platform, including the website, dashboard, API, and NPM package
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Service
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access the Service
• "Content" refers to all data, logs, and information submitted through the Service

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password and API keys confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with applicable law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Wigtertainment Ltd or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service

You retain ownership of all data and logs you submit through the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
